I've done everything on https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/bugs-and-error-messages/help/error-failed-to-extract-archive/00/25... doesn't work
I've done everything on that page several times including the last line but nothing works. PC with the Windows 10 20H2

I did do that and I wasted quite a bit of time doing it only to get an operator that told me to do all of the exact same things that I did already and then she told me it was a Microsoft problem. It's not, obviously you can see lots of people are having this problem so you need to update your software to work with new computers. I won't be buying this anymore after 20 plus years
