Expert help useless

Turbo Tax for 2025 has become exhaustive.

I have spoke to a dozen “Experts” for hours that have now become days.

Before this year my questions would be resolved in minutes.

Now the Turbo Tax customer support system has you waiting forever only to talk to a person with bad cell reception and personal activity in the background while they fumble around the software only to tell you they can’t help or advance you to a CPA.

Invest in H&R Block or Free Tax software as they will talk all of the Turbo Tax market share next year.

Turbo Tax was good while it lasted but the company has destroyed itself this year.
