Expert Final Review 2025 - How to reopen chat?

Hi all,

Like many of you, I am using TurboTax to file my 2025 taxes. I selected the "Expert Final Review 2025". I was chatting with a Tax Expert, but accidentally closed the chat window. Am I able to reopen a chat window? I still need to review again before I file.

You cannot reopen a chat. However, you can log back in and begin a new chat. 

To access the chat feature:

1. Sign in to your TurboTax Live account.
2. Select Live Help on your screen.
3. Select Connect with live help, enter your question, and select Continue.
4. On the next screen, select Chat. Enter your details and select Get a chat. You will be connected with a specialist as soon as possible.
5. When you’re finished, close out of the chat box and select Exit chat.
 

If you minimize or lose your chat conversation, select Live Help to reopen your chat window and continue.
