My total HSA contribution in W-2 Box 12c is $3,576 for 2022 which is less than the limit of $3,650, however TurboTax is still charging me tax for "overcontribution". Any ideas what's going on here?

The $3650 limit is prorated depending on the number of months you were covered by an HDHP( high deductible health plan)and had no additional health coverage.
If you were only covered by an HDHP for part of the year, your contribution limit may be lower than the above limit.
Thanks MayaD for the reply! However I was covered by a HDHP for the full year. Any suggestions?
Make sure you didn't accidentally re-enter the amount already listed (from box 12 of your W-2) as this will incorrectly double your total contribution amount.
