Every time I log in I have to reset my password

I am entering it correctly, but every single time I have to reset it.  This is very inconvenient and I am not sure why it is happening.

I thought I was having the same problem when really it was my user ID.  I thought it was my email addy but I had changed that.  Make sure you are using the correct user ID
