Even though I'm a subscriber of TurboTax Live Self-Employed through my Quickbooks account, I can't access it. TurboTax won't answer my call. How can I talk to my CPA?

I have expert tax help on tap through my Quickbooks Self-Employed subscription. When I try to talk to a CPA, Quickbooks sends me to TurboTax. However, when I get to TurboTax, my 2019 filed taxes page comes up and I can't find a way to talk to my CPA. I talked to Quickbooks representatives on the phone and they've either not known what to do or hung up on me. When I try calling TurboTax, they claim I'm not paying to talk to a CPA, so I can't talk to a person. Extremely frustrating. I'm paying to talk to a CPA via Quickbooks Self-Employed, but TurboTax simply won't let me access it. How can we resolve this issue? Could I please talk to a real TurboTax representative?
