I owed over $500 for OK state in 2018. I am therefore supposed to pay quarterly. I have since changed my withholding at work. Do I still need to submit forms to OK?

If your only Oklahoma income is your wages from work and you have increased your state withholdings, you do not need to pay state estimated taxes.

You still have to file form 511, which is your OK state return.

If you have filed your state tax with TurboTax, then what you filed was form 511.
