2019 tax year my dad claim etc for my daughter just received letter today saying denied credits can i claim those credits can I amend and add her to get her credits

Yes. If you have a qualifying child for the Earned Income Credit (EIC), but do not claim that child as a dependent, you can still claim them for the EIC.
