I'm doing some tax planning. How can I estimate what my 2021 1099-DIV and 1099-B numbers will be at this time in December 5 2021?

Look at your account statements for the year. and add them up. You probably get quarterly statements? Or monthly statements for your bank accounts. Or just look at the last statement you got. They usually have a year to date total amount.
