If you are asking if you can cancel your estimated tax payment, you may be able to cancel the transaction if it hasn't been processed, but if it's too late, the IRS will likely refund the double payment automatically.
If you used IRS Direct Pay for your estimated tax payments, use the "Look Up a Payment" feature on the IRS website to cancel up to two business days before the payment date. For IRS direct pay, you have until two business days before the payment date to cancel.

If the payment is scheduled and you cannot cancel online, you could try contacting your bank to stop payment.
