Estimated Taxes and Form W-4 Worksheet

When I called support the rep didn't know the answer and said everyone else was busy, to call back later. I'm hoping someone in the community knows the anwer...

 

At the very bottom of the Estimated Taxes and Form W-4 Worksheet, under "Summary of Taxes to be Paid in 2023" there is a field to enter "Federal income taxes to be withheld from your paychecks".  However TT won't let me enter anything in this field, nor does it appear to populate from somewhere else. Clearly how much you expect to have withheld is a main factor in how much your estimated taxes should be. How do I populate this field?  In the section above it ("Enter the Tax Payments You've Already Made for Your 2023 Tax Return") you're asked how much has already ACTUALLY been withheld, but it doesn't include what is GOING to be withheld.  That's below.  So how do I enter what I expect to be withheld?
