I recently sold a property in a different state for 2023 which is one-time. Normally I have no income. When I filed my turbotax return, it tells me to mail estimated
tax payment and gave me vouchers for all 4 quarters, do I need to mail these in even though I know for sure my income in 2024 is almost nothing?
Also, do I need to change anything on current tax return if I do not plan to mail in estimated tax payments?

Estimated tax vouchers are prepared by TurboTax for your convenience and serve as a reminder for you. They aren't filed with the IRS.
If you estimate that you have no or little income in 2024, you don't need to pay estimated taxes. Just disregard the vouchers.
There's no need to change anything on your 2023 tax return.
