Estimated tax payment for 2020

I had to pay underpayment penalty in 2019 while filing my taxes . I want to avoid that in 2020. I already changed my tax withholding status to single from married at my employer but am concerned it may be still underpayment .
1) how do I calculate the estimated payment that I need to pay
2) what is the last date to pay the estimated payment for individuals?
3) if I mail a check on dec 31 , will that be considered covered for 2020?

Thanks
Kevin

The payment information should be printed for your records as proof of payment date as you show in your question.  Your payment is considered made when it shows withdrawn from your account in the case of a debit transaction.

The IRS most often will rely on your evidence for proof of payment date when it's not clear.
