This error can occur for the following reasons:
- if your internet security settings are set too high
- TurboTax isn't set as trusted site
- You're logged in on a different device with the same credentials
You can correct these issues by adjusting your internet security by following these steps:
- open browser settings
- select internet options
- select security
- update security settings to low
- in security settings select trusted sites
- add TurboTax to list
- click close
