Error printing or saving file - 2021 taxes online file save down for 1 week

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 15 years now and I have been trying to save and e-file my return for about a week and even started over once thinking there was an error but to no avail. I called the support line on Monday and had issues there as well, but finally got through on the third try.  
the lady on the phone said she received multiple calls regarding the same issue and has the issue herself, but I do not see any info anywhere on this. I have tried both online and via android same issue.
ISSUE: when saving, printing, or e-file the systems say it encountered an error and try again later, after a few more tries it states that intuit is aware of the problem and is working on the issue, but this issue has been going on for a WEEK! I can not file this by mail or e-file till it's fixed. with a company as big as intuit you think this would have been resolved already. If this is not fixed soon, I will demand a refund and go elsewhere!!!

Are you getting a specific error with an error number?

Are you filing any State returns in addition to Federal?

there is not error code that you can see in the URL its error 5, but I did find the issue, I spent about 3 hours on the phone with TurboTax and they could not find anything wrong with my files or the system so that gave me the Desktop version and I had the same result, the app would crash on printing. I had a suspicion and after removing all my crypto I found that that was the issue. problem is a formatting issue when importing from Gate.io, via CoinTracker this populates the Turbotax data just well enough not to generate an error with TurboTax checks but will cause it to fail when generating the PDF. So I'm going through the 3000 recorded and making sure that all boxes are filled that need to be.  :(
