Error on Line 12 of Form 1116 (Reduction in foreign taxes)

The data source should Line 12a of the worksheet (and if you click on the magnifying glass, it takes you to that line), however, the value does not correspond to that entry. Instead it is referencing the full amount of foreign tax paid (not the Line 12a adjustment). As a result, the program is zeroing out the entire foreign tax credit.
