I don't know what is being asked for. Is this the two stimulus checks we received ($1200 and $2800)? Help

No.  This is asking about the Advanced Child Tax Credit.   If you did not receive advanced child tax credit just enter "0" for the amount you received.   If you did receive advanced child tax credit you should have received Letter 6419 from the IRS that will tell you the total you received and the number of children you received it for.   You will need to enter this information into TurboTax.
