error message on downloaded tax return

I use TurboTax Business. I completed my LLC form 1065 return.  I saved the return in PDF.  When I opened the return in Adobe Acrobat.  An error message popped up when I scrolled to the form 8825. The message is " An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem". 

How do I contact TurboTax to correct the problem?
