Error IND-031-04 prevents me from e filing

this is super annoying and makes me regret using TT. My return was rejected 8 times already. The error code that I received is IND-031-04  - AGI or last year pin is wrong. My AGI is correct (i double and triple checked), and I used a tax preparer last year, so he choose my PIN. I tried using 0 for AGI as recommended above, I tried using the same PIN my preparer used last year and also tried some random number as suggested by TT. Nothing worked. I am pretty sure this is an issue with TT and this is unacceptable. 

If my only optioin is to print and mail the return, then why the heck using TT?!! It cost me almost the same as paying the preparer. TT just lost a customer
