Error: How to fix this issue?, "Hmm looks like we have hit a snag". "We recommend you revisit the last topic you were working on to make sure all your account info's correct".

The subject error is preventing me from entering medical expenses.  It's been days since I was working in Turbo Tax, so do NOT know what was "the last topic" I may have been working on to revisit it.   I see where this question was asked last year but canNOT see where it was answered.  Please advise me how to correct whatever is causing this error.

You can try these steps if you are using TurboTax online:

 

  • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
  • Using a different browser
  • Opening an Incognito Window
