Error Downloading Your TurboTax state products

I have been trying to download another state to my turbotax for three days and it keeps giving me the error message " Looks like we have ran into a snag" please try again later. I have done at leased 8 times and got the same thing. I have installed the program and reinstalled it and it still not working. can anyone help with this situation. I am using a IOS system.

Try this:  State install/e-file update loop: State not installed after installation or TurboTax needs to update...

I tried this and is wouldn't download the "exe" file doesn't work for IOS

Here are a couple of suggestions to assist.

Please follow the steps in this link to make sure your program is up to date.

If that does not work, you can also use these steps to manually update your program.
