It's Jan 27. Why am I still getting 2024 transmission error?

It might be that not all the forms in your return have been finalized yet. If you have Draft forms in your return, it would not allow you to finish your return.
Use this link to reference when your tax forms will be available. You can search by TurboTax Product and for IRS and State-Specific Forms.
Thanks, but I think you may have missed my point.
On one page it says my return is ready to e-file. On a later page it says it isn't.
If state isn't able to be e-filed until fedisaccepted, why doesn't it just say that?
Initial e-file page showed both ready to e-file. Then transmission showed success screen, only to be followed by transmission error page.
Now I'm seeing something about not being able to e-file state if I have printed fed return.
MN State e-file wasn't apparently available to e-file until today, but I'm no longer seeking e-file as an option. Just Not Ready and File by Mail.
Why all the confusion?
All of which leaves me with the question how/when can I e-file my MN state return, or can I even do that now?
Thanks
