Error Code 605 when entering the license code for Turbo Tax Deluxe 2024 Federal + E-File & State

I purchased Turbo Tax from Msbgifts.com.  I received both an email and a text message with the download instructions and the license code.  However, the license code does not work.  I got the text confirmation on 1/29/25 and I am just now trying to use the code to get into the software and begin using it.  Was there a time frame that the code had to be used to gain access before it expired?  How can I get access to the software?
