Error Code 605 - License Cancelled

Purchased TurboTax Deluxe 2025 online from BigHomeTax.  Software downloaded correctly onto one computer; your system acknowledges 1 of 5 installations used, but wont download onto a 2nd computer; says license is cancelled. Please advise.

Error Code 605 - License Cancelled

Error code 605 means that the license code that you are trying to use is invalid.  

It's invalid because it is linked to your TurboTax account and only your account.

 

You must sign in to your TurboTax account in order to install it.  The license is limited to the one account you used when you installed it the first time.

Error Code 605 - License Cancelled

BigHomeTax is not an authorized retailer of Turbotax s/w so it won't be covered by Intuit 60-day refund, Intuit will probably refer you back to BigHomeTax.

Error Code 605 - License Cancelled

John, thank you for your answer.  I need to clarify the problem.  When attempting to activate the software on the 2nd computer I am logged in to my TurboTax account, and it already knows my license key, the last 4 digits which it provides, and the system reports that the software is registered to me and is currently installed on one of 5 computers (which is correct).  The license key number matches the one sold to me by BigHomeTax so everything looks good.  But within a few moments, when the software is in process of activation on my 2nd computer, the system reports a fault Error Code 605 and states that the license is invalid.  Does that help?  Appreciate your advice, thank you.
