Error Code 2 Cannnot transmit

Cant send my taxfile because of Error Code 2.

I have not scanned or added any documents into the file.  I only used the forms that were internally generating.

I repeatedly get the Error Code 2 cannot transmit.

I have cleared cache, cookies, etc. My wifi signal is excellent. I'm using Windows 11 on a desktop, the same computer I have used with Turotax for past 4 years.

Any suggestions?

    I have not added any forms (8453) or documents (pdf's) to my return. It is a simple return with no downloads from outside agencies. 

    The threads all refer to pdf docs that were too large.  I repeat, I did not add or download any docs to my return

    The prior agent said I might be locked out because I have tried ALL of the solutions I found online: clearing pop ups, cache, cookies, reducing security levels, and turning off the firewall. Gwendolyn said too many attempts to submit may result in being locked out.

     

    Please offer a solution that I have not tried or that applies to my situation. Also, am I locked out after numerous attempts to transmit?
