Hello, I am seeking assistance with a license activation issue (Error 603) for TurboTax Desktop 2024.
I am moving my tax data from my old Windows 10 desktop computer to a new Windows 11 laptop. I have already installed the software on the new laptop, but when I enter my 16-digit license code ,I receive an error stating that the activation limit has been reached.
I am the same user , I am simply switching hardware because Windows 10 is reaching its end of life. I need to have my license 'tokens' or activation count reset so I can finish my 2024 return and use the 'Auto-fill my return' feature on my new laptop.
