I tried many times in the last few days, and always receive the following message:
"Something unexpected happened and we can’t connect to Wells Fargo Bank
Try again in a few hours. (590)"
Is it TurboTax software issue or Wells Fargo's issue?

Do you have symbols in your Wells Fargo password? I know some have had to change their Wells Fargo password to eliminate symbols and then it imports correctly.
No, I don't have special character in the password. Actually, it seems like that the login is OK, but the error occurs when transferrin data.
Any other suggestions?

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser. Turning off pop-up blockers sometimes helps.
If you use the Brave browser, you have to turn off the Brave Shields.

Please help. I have the same issue and receive the same error. I confirmed with Wells Fargo that their systems are functioning properly. I have no pop-up browsers or other security installed. Tried on both Chrome and Edge browsers and have the same results. I also have no special characters in my WF login. I believe this is a TT software/network issue. Appreciate your help!
