So your 2017 tax return was never filed? And you owed for 2017? Your late filing penalties and interest have been adding up since April 18, 2018.
You do not say whether you are getting a 2018 refund. If you are getting a refund for your 2018 return, wait to file it for awhile. There is no penalty for filing late if you are getting a refund.
Then FILE your 2017 return--pay what you can. When you file your 2018 return, the IRS will offset your refund for the tax you still owe for 2017.
If you also owe for 2018, post back for further help. Oh, and you will have to use zero when it asks for a 2017 AGI to e-file 2018--since you did not file it on time.
You need to print and mail your 2017 return. It cannot be e-filed. Since you paid your TT fees, you should be able to get to it, but may need help from customer support:
Online preparation and e-filing for 2017 is permanently closed. You have to download 2017 software to a full PC or Mac (not to a mobile device) and then print, sign and mail your return. If you already paid for your TurboTax software, you can contact customer support to push a download of the software to you.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS and/or your state received the return.
