Entering prior year Roth IRA contribution made before tax deadline for previous year

TT 2021 is asking me to enter regular Roth IRA contributions prior to 2021.

Should I include here a contribution that I made in early 2021 (before tax deadline) but which I designated as a 2020 contribution?

Yes, you will include the contribution made for 2020 in 2021 when you enter your net contributions prior to 2021.
