Entering 1099G. TT asks me to confirm 2017 Fed Return. I was single in 2017, married 2018. How do I account for my spouse? Do I just add their #s to mine?

The reason Turbo Tax asks you that question is it figures how much, if any, of your state refund is taxable.

Since you filed Single in 2017, check Single.
