Enter direct deposit account despite no refund

Direct deposit details are available to enter if you have a refund from IRS.

However, is it possible to still have bank's direct deposit account added to return, despite no refund?

Primarily for purpose of IRS having it on file.

Enter direct deposit account despite no refund

You cannot enter direct deposit information if you are not receiving a refund.  If you owes taxes, you can enter your direct debit information (which is not the same as direct deposit).
