Endless loop importing Form 1099s. I click on "import" and the program has said it imported but then brings me back to the page requiring the import again. How fix?

I am able to correctly log into my Fidelity account using the Intuit login. When it brings me back to the import screen my choices are to import or manually enter the Form 1099s.
