Employer sent an email via Intuit so I can view paychecks and W2s. My password will not work for this link for some reason but still allows me to sign into turbotax help?

We wouldn't know about that here...we only do taxes here and have nothing to do with employee paychecks.  (And we are the entire world, not Intuit)

I suspect you have to create a new account UserID and Pwd for that site, as I doubt it is linked to the tax accounts password system. ....but that's just a suspicion on my part.

But, might be far better for you to  talk to your Payroll department, and have them help you online at work, one-on-one, to learn how to set up access properly there....then you can do it properly at home.

Unless your employer "is" Intuit, there's no way possible they could have sent you "ANYTHING" via intuit.

In the past several months, there have been a number of posts in this forum by users who seem to think they can find their Intuit payroll records, etc. here.  Something is confusing them into coming to the wrong site.
