Employer's State ID Number (PA): Turbotax Not Allowing 1 Digit

Hello,

When I try to enter box 15 from my W2 (the numerical digits only - not the state itself - PA), Turbotax automatically deletes one number. It is a 17-digit number and Turbotax only allows 16 digits. I am not including any dashes or spaces.
