Why am I being asked for my email before I can checkout?
Thank you for your advice. I did try this and no luck. I am still getting the popup to enter the code from email, but it isn't sending any emails so I have no code. :(
@marleydavistax I'm so sorry. This workaround was given to us by TurboTax Moderators. Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon. SO many users have posted with the same problem, so heavy attention is being given to resolving it ASAP. My apologies.
