Email verification is not working when trying to file

email is not being sent so I can't verify my identity. I tried to change the 2 factor to use my phone, but i am still getting the prompt to enter my email

This is a known issue within TurboTax and is under investigation.  In the meantime, try the workaround offered by TurboTax Moderators, linked below.

Thank you for your advice. I did try this and no luck. I am still getting the popup to enter the code from email, but it isn't sending any emails so I have no code. :(

@marleydavistax I'm so sorry.  This workaround was given to us by TurboTax Moderators.  Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon.  SO many users have posted with the same problem, so heavy attention is being given to resolving it ASAP.  My apologies.
