Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes these emails get caught there.

Hello, can someone assist me with when i will receive my state refund.....i called the minnesota state of revenue and they could not see that i filed through you guys...help ???

Did you efile?  Was your state return Accepted?  Double check your efile status here

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  what does it say?

Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual state tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end.  That was for federal and state combined.

it says that my MN is printed and ready to be mailed.. so im assuming everyone is behind

Nope.  Sorry but Printed or Ready to Mail means you have to actually print out your tax return and mail it to the IRS or state yourself.  So it has not been filed yet.  And it will always say Ready to Mail.  Turbo Tax doesn’t know if or when you mailed it.

Ready to Mail means the state tax return was not e-filed.  You would have to print, sign, date and mail the state tax return.
