Email said to change CC date, did that AFTER HAVING ABOUT 8 TABS OPEN - GEEEEESH~!!!!!!, Now how do I get my automatic order to go through to GET my Turbo Tax Deluxe CD sent to me in the mail?????
I found a page that showed it, and also after trying to update my CC, it kept saying that my order will be processed but it also put a box that said "Oops, yada yada yada" basically saying something went wrong - AFTER ABOUT A FULL MOUTHFUL OF SWEAR & CUSS WORDS ***SCREAMED*** AT THE DAM* COMPUTER, I was FINALLY ABLE to find a URL that actually let me change my CC number and expiration date - SO, do I have do anything since the last email I received said PAYMENT DECLINED, will my order go through now or WHAT~???????????????

It sounds like you tried to change a credit card in an Advantage account. But if you are trying to use the Advantage account--it is too late to place an order for 2020 software through that account. That account will now be for 2021 software--a year away.

You can also purchase the CD/download from various retailers such as Costco, Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Staples, Sam’s Club, etc. etc. etc.
