New Hampshire uses Form DP-10 for full or part-year residents. The DP-10 only has to be filed if the taxpayer received more than $2400 (single) or $4800 (joint) of interest and/or dividends.
So if you are not required to file this form you can just delete the NH return in the STATE tab.
What if I live in massachusetts but worked in New Hampshire and made $7000
Report that income on your Massachusetts return. Also, do a non-resident return for New Hampshire (best to do New Hampshire first). If New Hampshire shows no issues then you don't have to file it (or pay for it - TurboTax only charges you if you file it).
It's hard to tell whether anyone is going to tax $7000 - depends on how you earned it.
