EIP1 and EIP2 (Stimulus 1 and 2)

Hi, My wife became US resident since November 2020. We forgot to claim EIP1 & 2 in our 2020 taxes for her. Can we claim EIP1 & 2 in 2021 tax year? If we can, can we claim it via recovery tax credit or via any other means? We do not want to file amendment, if we do not have any other option, then we want to choose an amendment. Is there a way to claim EIP 1 & 2 now for her without amendment to 2020 taxes? If there is a way, how do we claim EIP1 & 2 this tax year? Thank You!
