The Employer Identification Number must be 9 digits long. For example, Boeing CO in Seattle, WA is 91-0425694. You may be able to find the number doing an online search or contacting the company.

So the fact that it says 99-036104 P on my W-2 means that is a typo... Wow... just wow... you would expect Boeing to be able to get their W-2's correct... but guess not...
