efile payment

I'm attempting to use my credit card to pay efile fees for state filing.  After entering payment address information, the screen does not show button for Continue.  I have tried reducing size of font, so as to minimize everything on the page, using drag function to move screen so as to see if there is a Continue button, but to no avail.  Any suggestions?

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

 

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.

If you still experience the issue, please call Customer Service and tell them you have a "block payment issues, possibly due to billing or an invalid license" and the agent should be able to help you. Here is how you reach customer service:  Turbo Tax Customer Service
