Efile is not permitted because a payer on Dividend Worksheet has too many characters. I entered the name of the payer exactly as provided on the Form 1041 K-1.

If the name is too long, you will need to shorten it up.  Try using some abbreviations and then attempt to e-file again.  The name does not have to be exact; the Estate/Trust ID number is what is used to identify the estate or trust.
