Efile from India

For 3 years ( 2022, 2023 & now 2024) after payment of $39 to TurboTax , I cannot e-file . I have to print & mail to IRS in USA . I am retiree and filing online . For payment , my Indian Bank International Visa Card is not acceptable . So , my friend help me file using his BOA visa card for payment . With only Soc. Security benefits as income filing is just few minutes.

Calling them from Mumbai during 5am to 5pm Pacific time is impossible from Mumbai . And surprisingly there is no customer service email of TurboTax.

While most businesses in the world have email , only TurboTax does not.
