eFile fed, but decline eFile state

How do I select eFile fed, but decline eFile state? I don't need to pay that $25 when I already paid $49 for Arizona state tax package.

eFile fed, but decline eFile state

Choose Fed and State e-file, then on a later screen you can choose to e-file state later. Then when you are ready open the state file and choose file by mail.
