efile failure due to turbotax 'still refining form'

I tried to E-file 2/1 but told wait till 2/8. Turbotax said 'waiting on form refinement' for schedule F hired labor ..then pop up asked me to pay $15 to upgrade... 2/11 again tried to e-file and told to wait till 2/18 because turbo tax developing forms. IRS has all these forms online and they are simple and have not changed. It appears turbotax is blackmailing me - no e-file unless I pay $15 to upgrade from premier to business. There is no excuse for this turbotax refusal to E-file my completed forms. I will probably print and USPS mail. I'd rather pay $15 to USPS than pay turbotax's blackmail.
