eFile error?

I'm using Turbotax Home and Business for the Mac - desktop edition.  I filed my Federal tax return online yesterday and received an email from Turbotax that my filing was accepted by the IRS.  However, when I go into the software and check efile status it says that no return has been efiled.  It then takes me to try the efile again and when I do that it says that I have already submitted a return.

 

So I have a conflict between the status reported within the software and the email that says that the return was accepted by the IRS.  

 

Can I rely on the email from Turbotax that my return was successfully filed?

    Please reach out to TurboTax Customer Support for assistance. Support will be able to confirm the status of what returns were electronically filed.

    I know this is a year later BUT Did you ever get this fixed??? I am working on 2023 and encountering this error. It's making me insane because no one at tech support can help me. I don't know how to fix this... any tips???

    Are you using TurboTax online or TurboTax CD/Download?

     

    If you are using TurboTax CD/Download, have you tried to check for any updates?
