Efile Error

Hello

I am trying to efile a return. When I click on transmit it states there is an update I must install to efile. I click on check for updates and it states I am up to date. I even tried the manual update and have run the update but get the same error. Is there a way to fix this problem?

With the problems I have had this year I feel it must be something with activation code as I have never had near the problems. There were a few but nothing as bad in was it 2002 or 2007 when there was activation code and I had many phone calls to correct it
