How do I delete the estimated tax forms 2018 and vouchers before I file?

I do not want to make estimated tax payments in 2018 , but I see that the form is filled out. I pressed  delete form at the bottom of the page but it still remains

Easy way to go in upper right and click on Forms,

then on the left side of the screen go to

Est Tax Options,

near the bottom of that screen there is a box to X no to printing vouchers.
