E-filling Error

I clicked the e-filing "Transmit Returns Now" but it didn't go through, instead I got an error message that says "Transmission Didn't Go Through" and continued suggesting to that there is an update that I need to install but every time I open turbotax, It doesn't say that there is a new update so I might be up to date. I have done this for years and this is the first time I get this problem. I need support
