E-FILING Transmit Return Error for 2021

No updates already, but still can't go through. I already paid for E-Filing fee. How to resolve this error??

I am using Turbox Tax Desktop Home and Business 2021

I did run the manually update. It updated sucessefully, but still not working, still can't E-filing and same message still pop up. Please help.
